Games!

We are finally creating the games. today we came up with our ideas and created a flash text document on our wikis today. We are getting to the creation process finally. Our game will be about radioactive waste, and its harmful effects.

It is finished

The mini-game is finished. The topic was hard at first, but once we got used to Flash it was easy. The part that was the most fun was the animation. The part that was the least fun was trying to get the coding to work. I play games in my free time. My favorite game is Halo because I am a huge fan of the franchise.

Flash

We have continued to do the mini-game assignment. Today we did part two. this time the assignment was not hard. We did action scripting and updated our wikis already. We are getting pretty far into our assignments. We have yet to start the game design process itself though. I'm having a lot of fun.

Flash, Flash, Flash

We have just learned to use flash to create videos. I have just completed the assignment. I thought this was a lot of fun and I enjoyed helping others with this assignment.This part very difficult at first. None of us could figure out how to do the assignment at first. We eventually were able to get this video to work. I hpe we get to start the actual game design process soon. I am really anticipating making my game.

Iraq

In Iraq we have a war and that is what my game is going to be foccussed on.I have chosen three blogs about this subject to help with my creation process and this has gotten me thinking about the stress soldiers are under.I hope my game comes out to be a good one.I also hope this game gets people to better understand the war better.

Lets get down to business

We played educational games to learn more about the games we will create. I played a game to called Sammy the Salmon at http://www.myglife.org/usa/wv/resources/en/play/Social/sammythesalmon and Learn the Bones at http://www.myglife.org/usa/wv/resources/en/play/Educational/learnthebones. These games are fun and educational. Sammy the Salmon should reset when you miss so many questions though. All in all, these are good educaional games

Lets get the party started

My name is Anthony. I am a person from West Virginia who is really into games. Some of my favorite games are: the Halo franchise, Doom 3, and Socom. I live a very inactive life.

We have not started the game yet. We still need to upload the Flash software. We have just started our blogs, and have setup our wiki pages. I joined the Globaloria program in hopes that it might better enable me to get a career in videogames.

This class is going to be awesome. I love to play videogames so I can't wait to make my own. I hope that it is a great game that others will like to play, too. I am really into wars so I am planning on doing a game on the Iraq war. I can't wait for the actual design process to begin.
